Reflecting on life always happens when you hit bottom.  Which is understandable when you’re trapped with nothing but your thoughts.

The most important thing is to carry on that thought process after you heal and life gets better.

Sadly the moment when people are at their best, they forget everything they have reflected about.

Practice appreciation, it never gets old.

Find a daily reason to smile!
Then reach out to someone and give them a reason to smile.

Saying something as simple as “Thank you for your friendship.”  Can really make a difference.
